Since the 2018  Farm Bill passed CBD derived from hemp was made federally legal. However states have the option to add variations of the legality based on requirements, testing and much more. To help you keep up with the ever-evolving landscape we have compiled a list of states based on how they treat CBD hemp products and much more!

*The legal landscape around CBD hemp is unclear and always changing both at the Federal and State level. Federally, the 2018 Farm bill legalized industrial hemp and its derivatives, including CBD hemp, however, the bill specifically provided that States may have more restrictive legislation so we urge you to check with local law enforcement as well if you have any doubts.

It is important to understand that, generally, the law is more favorable towards CBD produced from hemp than from marijuana and GoGreen Hemp products are produced exclusively from hemp. Also GoGreen Hemp products contain no THC and can be scanned with a QR code on the side of the container.
