When it comes to skincare, topicals are key. It is best to avoid smoking, as smoke, regardless of the substance is not favorable to healthy skin. The key is to make sure that whatever products you decided to purchase come from a reputable company. A company that does not use harsh chemicals, and who is able to back what they say.
