The GoGreen Hemp CBD Process
Not all CBD is created equal. At GoGreen Hemp, we believe that to create the purest CBD products in the marketplace, you have to start with the most natural process. With this as our foundation, we have perfected every step of the manufacturing process to provide you with CBD products you can trust.
Trust Comes From Transparency
In a marketplace that is relatively unregulated, we strive to provide our customers with as much information as possible. We have partnered with the largest CBD extractor in the U.S. This partner manufactures the raw CBD extract compounds that are used in all of our GoGreen Hemp Products.
Everything we do at GoGreen Hemp has a purpose. Down to the gold stamp representing the GoGreen Hemp Gold Standard. What is the GoGreen Hemp Gold Standard?
-
All Natural Ingredients- Our Commitment to using all-natural ingredients in our products.
-
Batch Testing - Every Product Must Be Third-Party Laboratory Tested and contain a batch ID.
-
Double Extraction Process - Our double-extraction method purifies every batch and lets us offer a true THC-free option in our broad spectrum products.
-
Our commitment to quality goes beyond clean ingredients. Our entire topical line holds USDA Organic certification, one of the strictest standards in U.S. agriculture — verified by annual third-party audits.
-
Clean Extraction- We believe that customers should be able to use CBD in its most natural form, that's why we do not use any harsh chemicals or solvents in our extraction process.
The Gold Standard in Pure, Lab-Tested Hemp CBD
GoGreen Hemp's 8 Step Process
Step 1: Superior Organic Farming Practices
Every product that has GoGreen Hemp on the label starts with our natural proprietary strains of hemp that are extremely high in CBD. All of the hemp plants we use are organically grown in Colorado and are fully federally compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill
Our farms operate under very strict guidelines and take advantage of our hemp plants that have been cultivated for years. Not only does this enhance the quality of our strains, but it also ensures the more pure, consistent, and safe products.

Step 2: Raw Hemp CBD Processing
The Plants we use are stored in a warehouse and dried after they are cultivated and harvested. When we need a batch of plants for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. This milling process complies with the highest industry standards. Once processed, it is shipped to our extraction and manufacturing facility in Colorado.

Step 3: Proprietary Double Extraction
We use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process built on industry-standard supercritical CO2 extraction, followed by a second liquid-chromatography step that lets us fine-tune the final cannabinoid profile.
For our full spectrum products, we preserve the complete range of beneficial phytocannabinoids and terpenes, including the naturally occurring trace of THC that stays under the federal 0.3% limit. For our broad spectrum products, that same second process removes the THC entirely while keeping the rest of the spectrum intact — giving you a true THC-free option.
While CBD on its own offers plenty, research increasingly points to a multiplying "entourage effect" when the broader cannabinoid spectrum is present — which is why we offer both.

Step 4: Separation
Before further refinement, the CBD hemp extract is separated from the Co2 used in the extraction process. Once this important step is completed, the Co2 is recycled and used again in the distillation process.

Step 5: Refinement & THC Control
Our secondary liquid-chromatography process refines the extract, removing waxes, chlorophyll, and plant pigments for a cleaner final oil. This is also the stage where we control THC content: for broad spectrum products, T
he process removes THC completely for a 0.0% THC formula; for full spectrum products, we retain the natural cannabinoid profile with THC kept below the federal 0.3% limit. Either way, you can verify exactly what's in every batch in our published lab results.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Keeping our vow to transparency, we publicly release all of our third-party laboratory results. We utilize a rigorous testing system — on-site chromatography and third-party testing — to verify accurate cannabinoid levels and confirm THC content, whether that's 0.0% in our broad spectrum products or under the 0.3% federal limit in our full spectrum line.
Before we release any batch of products, we test them rigorously. We have set the bar for third party testing in the industry. Every batch goes through comprehensive testing to ensure not only potency but also purity.
Every product that leaves our facility has a QR code that links directly to third-party laboratory results to ensure our customers what is on the label is in the bottle.
Step 7: Storage
All of our products are stored and shipped out of our state of the art facility in Plantation, FL. This facility ensures all of our products stay safe and secure. This facility is temperature-controlled and monitored 24/7 by our industry-changing monitoring system. Every batch of our products is also stored securely in our safe room to ensure that we have a batch of every product on hand at all times.

Step 8: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
Our soft-gels and nano tinctures require our oil to go through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the most bioavailable broad-spectrum CBD in the industry. What does this mean? In other words, our nanoemulsion products hit faster and harder.
Our competitors’ hemp oil particles are anywhere between 100 and 1000 nanometers in size. Our particles are around 25. This small size leads to much more effective absorption and higher bioavailability.
This nanoemulsion process makes our soft-gel formulas at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products. In addition to our nanoemulsion process, we use other proprietary technology to create the water-soluble hemp powder used in our soft chew dog bites and bath bombs — since your body has difficulty absorbing oil, this water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than standard hemp oil.
What does this mean for you? You can use less of the product made with these processes to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors.
