Prices for our products are subject to change at GoGreen's discretion. We do not charge, and you are solely responsible for, taxes and duties of any sort. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gogreenhemp.com or (954) 533-0089. We process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made before an order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, our 30-Day Guarantee (below) still applies.

Payment Methods

 

For online orders, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If a payment is not successfully settled due to an invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. GoGreen Hemp is not responsible for any charges, errors, or losses that may result from any payment method used for the purchase of our products.

Coupons

 

Coupon codes, including the first-order coupon code "FIRST," cannot be combined with any other coupon code or any other promotional or wholesale discount.

Shipping

 

We generally ship all items within 1 to 2 business days of receiving and accepting an order. GoGreen Hemp may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site.

Customers in the United States and its territories can generally expect to receive their order within three (3) to five (5) business days. GoGreen Hemp requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $250 or more. Requests for courier or overnight shipping cannot be processed through this website.

All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to check out if the ship-to address is invalid.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. GoGreen Hemp is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or outside force. Lost Packages

 

If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), GoGreen Hemp will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was "delivered" — meaning the carrier successfully delivered it to the specified address. If the tracking says delivered yet the package can't be found, we ask that you first check with housemates or family to see if they received it without telling you. This happens fairly often.

Package Sent to the Wrong Address

 

If a package is sent to the wrong address because an incorrect address was provided by the customer at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when ordering, as any mistake could significantly delay delivery. When placing an order over the phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud to help confirm it is correct.

Damage During Shipping

 

We understand that mistakes happen, and we take customer satisfaction seriously. All of our products are quality tested and inspected before leaving our facility. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us with detailed information and photos of the damaged product within that time frame.

Wholesale

 

Can I order products at wholesale pricing? Yes, if you are an approved retailer. Please contact us at wholesale@gogreenhemp.com to become a wholesaler. Minimum purchase requirements apply, and you will need to send us a copy of your reseller's license.

Terms of Sale & Return Policy

uring the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in these terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing cannabidiol from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complying with FDA regulations, and because none of these products have been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to the benefits of CBD (cannabidiol). Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand this refund policy.
