Order Processing & Delivery

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Most customers in the United States and its territories receive their order within 3–5 business days.

We don't currently offer overnight or express shipping through the website. If you need it, call us at (954) 533-0089 and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery dates are estimates. We can't control carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. If something affects our ability to ship, we'll post a notice on this site.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products can't be shipped to certain locations because of state or local laws. If a product can't ship to your address, you'll be notified at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@gogreenhemp.com or (954) 533-0089. Because we ship quickly, we can't guarantee changes once an order is processed. If it has already shipped, our 30-Day Guarantee still applies.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:

Check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone in your household who may have picked it up. This solves most cases.
Wait 24 hours, because carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
Contact your local carrier office.
Still missing? Reach out to us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, GoGreen Hemp isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs. We'll re-ship once the original package is returned to us. For phone orders, we read your address back to you to confirm it.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Every product is quality tested and inspected before it leaves our facility. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or appears tampered with, email us photos and your order number within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, opened or unopened, no questions asked.

How to Return an Order

Email support@gogreenhemp.com or call (954) 533-0089 with your order number.
We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Payment & Coupons

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Orders ship only after payment is fully processed. If a payment fails, we may cancel the order.

Only one coupon code can be used per order, including the first-order code "FIRST." Coupons can't be combined with other promotions or wholesale pricing.

Pricing, Availability & Taxes

All orders depend on product availability. Prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe are fraudulent. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Age Requirement

GoGreen Hemp products are for adults only. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18, or the minimum legal age in your state if that is higher.

Wholesale Orders

Retailers can apply for wholesale pricing at wholesale@gogreenhemp.com. Minimum order requirements apply, and a copy of your reseller's license is required.
