CBD Oil in Miami, FL: Lab-Tested CBD Delivered in 1–2 Days
Looking for CBD oil in Miami? GoGreen Hemp is a South Florida company headquartered in Plantation, about 30 miles north in Broward County, and has made THC-free CBD since 2016. Orders to Miami and the rest of Miami-Dade County usually arrive in 1–2 business days. This page covers local delivery, what Florida law requires, and how to order. For the full statewide rules, see our Florida CBD guide.
Is CBD Legal in Miami, Florida?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD with 0.3% delta-9 THC or less is legal in Miami and across Florida, and you don't need a medical marijuana card to buy it. Florida's hemp extract rules apply to CBD you swallow or inhale:
-
21 and over. CBD oils, gummies and softgels can't be sold to anyone under 21. Topicals aren't covered by this age limit.
-
QR-code lab reports. Every label must have a QR code linking to the batch's certificate of analysis, plus the batch number and expiration date.
-
Permitted manufacturers. Hemp extract must be made in a facility with a valid food-safety permit.
-
Kid-safe packaging. Packaging must be child-resistant and can't be designed to appeal to children.
These rules come from Florida's hemp program, created by SB 1020 in 2019, with the 21+ limit added in 2023 and label and packaging updates from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2025. Read the full timeline in our Florida CBD guide.

CBD for Miami's Active Lifestyle
Miami runs on beach days, gym sessions and late nights. Here's how people here tend to use our products:
-
Topicals, like balms and massage oil, after a workout, a run on the beach or a long day on your feet.
-
Gummies and softgels for a pre-measured serving you can take on the go.
-
Tinctures if you want to adjust your serving drop by drop.
Keep CBD out of the sun and out of a hot car. Miami heat can break it down over time.
Why Choose a South Florida CBD Company?
-
US-grown hemp as the base of every product.
-
Double extraction: CO2 extraction, then chromatography to remove THC.
-
Third-party lab testing of every batch for potency, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials, with results posted on our lab results page.
-
A local team you can reach on Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
