Who Qualifies for the CBD Assistance Program

Veterans and Active Service Members

Active-duty and former members of the U.S. military qualify. Upload one of these: a DD214, a military ID, or a VA card.

Long-Term Disabled

People with a long-term disability qualify. Upload one of these: a disability income acceptance letter or hospital records confirming the disability.

Low-Income Households

Households at or below the federal poverty level qualify. Upload a current government document showing you receive benefits, such as SNAP, an SSI award letter or LEAP energy assistance. Medicaid cards aren't accepted.
