Return any GoGreen Hemp purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, opened or unopened, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@gogreenhemp.com or call (954) 533-0089 with your order number.
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the product(s) securely and drop the package off with the carrier.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit. We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

What's Refunded

  • The full product price you paid, after any discounts or coupon codes.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded if the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
  • We provide the prepaid return label, so there's no cost to send it back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or you received the wrong item, email photos and your order number to support@gogreenhemp.com within 72 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Exchanges

Want a different strength, flavor or product instead? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Exceptions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Gift cards and gift card balances are non-refundable.
  • Wholesale orders are covered by the terms in your wholesale agreement rather than this policy. Contact your wholesale representative at 954-533-0089 or wholesale@gogreenhemp.com.
