Orders and Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within one business day by Priority Mail from our headquarters in Plantation, Florida. Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $49.99.

How do I track my order?

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

We ship across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. A few states limit which CBD products can be shipped there, so see our state-by-state CBD guides for what's available where you live.

Do you ship internationally?

We don't ship directly outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico. International customers can use a freight forwarding service, and they're responsible for following their own country's laws on CBD.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders ship within one business day, contact us as soon as possible at 954-533-0089 or support@gogreenhemp.com and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Returns, Discounts and Rewards

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order. You can combine one code with a gift card.

How does GoGreen Rewards work?

Create a free account to join GoGreen Rewards. You get 50 points for signing up, 50 points on your birthday and 1 point per $1 spent, and every 100 points is worth $5 off. Points never expire.

How do I refer a friend?

Log in on our Refer Friends page to get your link. Your friend gets $20 off, and you get $20 off for each friend who orders.

CBD Product Questions

What is the difference between full-spectrum and THC-free CBD?

Full-spectrum CBD keeps all of the hemp plant's cannabinoids, including trace THC. THC-free, or broad-spectrum, CBD has the THC removed while keeping other cannabinoids and terpenes. Most GoGreen Hemp products are broad-spectrum.

Will CBD show up on a drug test?

Our broad-spectrum products are lab-tested to confirm 0.0% THC, but testing methods vary and no brand can guarantee a result. If you're tested for work, talk to your employer or doctor first and avoid full-spectrum products.

Are your products third-party lab tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab, and the results are posted on our lab results page.

How do I choose the right CBD product?

Do you sell CBD for pets?
