CBD Oil in Oklahoma: 2026 Laws and How to Buy Lab-Tested CBD

CBD is legal in Oklahoma, and you can have it shipped to your door. In 2026, Oklahoma lawmakers debated SB 3, a bill that would have adopted a strict 0.4 mg THC-per-container limit for all hemp products, but it wasn't enacted before the session ended. Hemp-derived CBD with 0.3% THC or less is still legal. This page explains the rules and how to get GoGreen Hemp's THC-free CBD delivered anywhere in Oklahoma.

Is CBD Legal in Oklahoma?

Yes. Hemp-derived CBD with 0.3% THC or less is legal in Oklahoma under the Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program, run by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. You don't need a medical marijuana card to buy it, and Oklahoma doesn't set a state minimum age for hemp CBD. Marijuana-derived products are a separate category sold at dispensaries licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.

What Changed: Oklahoma's Hemp Law Timeline

2015: HB 2154. Governor Mary Fallin signed Oklahoma's first CBD law, which allowed CBD oil for certain patients with epilepsy.

2019: SB 868. Governor Kevin Stitt signed the law creating the Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program, which licenses hemp growers and processors under the state's hemp plan.

2026: SB 3 stalls. SB 3 would have limited every hemp product to 0.4 mg of total THC per container. It passed the Oklahoma House 82–0 on April 28, 2026, and went to a conference committee, but it wasn't enacted before the session ended. Lawmakers could take it up again in 2027.

December 11, 2026: Federal changes are coming. Congress has passed a new federal definition of hemp that limits finished products to 0.4 mg of total THC per container. It was set to take effect on November 12, 2026, and has since been pushed back to December 11, 2026. Oklahoma's Department of Agriculture has told hemp businesses to plan for it. GoGreen Hemp's broad-spectrum products are made to contain 0.0% THC.
