Is CBD Legal in West Palm Beach?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD with 0.3% delta-9 THC or less is legal in West Palm Beach and across Florida, and you don't need a medical marijuana card to buy it. Florida's hemp extract rules apply to CBD you swallow or inhale:
-
21 and over. CBD oils, gummies and softgels can't be sold to anyone under 21. Topicals aren't covered by this age limit.
-
QR-code lab reports. Every label must have a QR code linking to the batch's certificate of analysis, plus the batch number and expiration date.
-
Permitted manufacturers. Hemp extract must be made in a facility with a valid food-safety permit.
-
Kid-safe packaging. Packaging must be child-resistant and can't be designed to appeal to children.
These rules come from Florida's hemp program, created by SB 1020 in 2019, with the 21+ limit added in 2023 and label and packaging updates from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2025. Read the full timeline in our Florida CBD guide.

West Palm Beach CBD FAQ
Is CBD legal in West Palm Beach?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD with 0.3% delta-9 THC or less is legal in West Palm Beach and throughout Florida. You don't need a medical marijuana card.
How old do you have to be to buy CBD in Florida?
You must be 21 or older to buy CBD you swallow or inhale, such as oils, gummies and softgels. Florida's age limit doesn't apply to topicals.
How fast is CBD delivery to West Palm Beach?
Orders to West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County usually arrive in 1–2 business days, shipped from our Plantation headquarters with tracking.
Can I pick up CBD in person?
No. Our Plantation headquarters is a fulfillment and operations center, not a retail store. Order online and we'll ship to you.
Will THC-free CBD show up on a drug test?
Our broad-spectrum products are lab-tested to confirm non-detectable THC, so they shouldn't cause a positive result. Testing methods vary, so talk to your employer or doctor if you're tested.
How should I store CBD in Florida's heat?
Keep CBD in a cool, dark place, away from direct sun, and don't leave it in a hot car or on a boat deck. Heat and light can break down CBD over time.
Is there a discount for West Palm Beach customers?
Yes. Save 20% on your first order with code WESTPALM20 at checkout.
